I have always been drawn to the helping professions. As a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and group fitness instructor, I find immense satisfaction in connecting with people and servicing others.

It is my passion to help you reach a new level of health and wellness through exercise, energy work, guidance, and mentoring. It is gratifying for me to guide you in making necessary changes to achieve a new level of life enrichment.
