Circuit HIIT is a 50-minute class designed for all fitness levels, giving you the tools to maximize your workout and push yourself at your own pace. We blend bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and other household-friendly equipment to create a high-energy, total-body workout you can do anywhere. Each session targets strength, endurance, and agility, using dynamic intervals that elevate your heart rate and build muscle. You will engage multiple muscle groups with a variety of exercises, focusing on power, core stability, and flexibility for a balanced, effective routine. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, our class is tailored to your needs. Modifications ensure everyone stays challenged and safe, while offering progression options to keep your fitness evolving. Feel empowered to achieve your personal best, build strength, and increase stamina - all while breaking a sweat in the comfort of your home. Discover the power of Circuit HIIT with me and feel energized, strong, and ready to tackle anything. Classes are conducted LIVE via Zoom. Limited space available for attendance in-person. You will receive a Zoom link to the class via email, text, or FB Messenger once payment is received through Venmo @Uilani-Chung. Please ensure that your exercise environment is free of clutter. Have a towel and water nearby for your comfort and hydration.
