Each Circle of Aloha is a gently guided experience that integrates breath awareness, intuitive meditation, and spiritual reflection. Together, we gather in a safe nurturing space to release what no longer serves, honor where we are, and realign with who we are becoming. Whether you arrive with joy, grief, uncertainty, or hope - you are welcome, exactly as you are. Circle of Aloha is ideal for individuals seeking: *A consistent spiritual practice rooted in compassion and sacred presence. *A place to ground, regulate and restore energetic balance. *Connection with like-hearted community in a safe, respectful environment. *A deeper relationship with the healing principles of Aloha. Each session may include elements such as singing bowls, oracle cards or moon phase themes, depending on the season or group intention. All levels of meditation experience are welcome. Circle of Aloha is offered as a private group session for 2-8 participants.
